Bronze Package

  • Maintenance visits : 3 visits annually
  • Breakdowns : Free 1 visit - Best Effort Response Time-Office Hours Additional incidents - chargeable @ RM 150 per hour, min 2 hours.

Silver Package

  • Maintenance visits : 4 visits annually
  • Breakdowns : Free 1 visit - Best Effort Response Time-Office Hours. Additional incidents - chargeable @ RM 150 per hour, min 1 hour.

Gold Package

  • Maintenance visits : 4 visits annually
  • Exclusion : Sundays / Public Holidays
  • Others : Mobile Hotline Provided

Platinum package

  • Maintenance visits : 4 visits annually
  • Breakdowns : Free 2 visits – 6 Hour Response time- 24 x 7 preagreed exclusion
  • Additional incidents - chargeable @ RM 150 per hour, min 1 hour.
  • Exclusion : Preagreed
  • Others : Mobile Hotline Provided , Hot Spare Standby

 

NOTES:

  • Machines covered – Linux Servers only - unless scope has been expanded upon mutual agreement.
  • Maintenance Performed - Preventive Maintenance , Corrective Maintenance. Complete server software maintenance and hardware health check.
    If any hardware requires replacement, a separate quotation will be issued if relevant. Visits strictly for maintenance only. Each visit 1 - 2 hours max. Dates preagreed.
  • Breakdowns Procedure – Escalate from email , to phone , to physical presence on site. Time calculated to the nearest half hour
  • Pricing for networked systems may vary depending on the complexity of the network and will only be finalized upon an evaluation by our staff.
  • Fees payable in advance.
